Orders over ₹1000 qualify for free shipping, while orders below ₹1000 incur a standard shipping fee of ₹70. Can I return my coffee or other products if I’m not satisfied?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Coffee beans are final sale and not eligible for return due to their perishable nature. For other eligible products (like equipment), returns must be unused, in original condition, and you must contact customer support within the specified timeframe. If your order arrives damaged, please record a video while opening the package and contact us immediately with the evidence so we can assist with a return or replacement.
