Sourced from select estates across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, these coffees are grown at elevations ranging from 3200 to 5000 feet above sea level, allowing complex sugars and layered acidity to develop naturally.

The washed components bring structure and brightness, while the natural lots add depth, sweetness, and body—making this blend especially suited for extended cold brewing. Over a long 24-hour extraction, the cup opens up with vibrant notes of gooseberry and grapefruit, followed by soft stone-fruit sweetness reminiscent of peach. The finish is sweet-bitter, clean, and lingering, with a full body and mild, refreshing acidity.
